Service Description

A 50-minute class that focuses on strengthening all major muscles groups working in flexion, extension and rotation using resistance from the machines. Control your swing with power from the ground up. Lesson the pressure on your back and neck. Increase the rotation between your shoulders, spine and hips resulting in a powerful swing increasing your motion and control.
