WELCOME TO PILATES ON MAIN
Where workouts are tailored to help anyone at any level build strength, flexibility, balance, and mindfulness. The studio is designed for small group sessions (limit 5) in addition to semi-private and private reformer classes.
I am excited to be able to offer closed community classes for clients who have established a fitness group and would like to take their sessions together. Schedules are based on the studio's availability and pairing clients that have similar fitness goals.
